Brusha, brusha, brusha

Aaaarrrghhh...

I had to visit the dentist this morning. I don't think I could tell you the last time I went to the dentist, but it has been yeeaaarrs. Good thing I have really good teeth.

Still no cavities! Woot!!!

Plaque is not my friend today. The dental assistant scraped and scraped... and then scraped some more. My mouth is aching. I haven't felt like this since I had braces.

Maybe if I go every six months like I'm supposed to it won't hurt as much....
